We treat workspace data as protected operational records. Tradalytix operates as a Service Provider under CCPA and a Data Processor under GDPR.

  • No Data Brokering: We do not sell, rent, or share customer records across organizations.
  • Minimal PII Exposure: Sensitive values are redacted or hashed before outbound sync where required.
  • Right to Deletion: Workspaces maintain control over retention and deletion lifecycle requests.
